Use of the spa area costs € 3.50 per person/day. Except for "Leisure guests", where it is included.

Welche Stornierungsfrist gilt für meine Buchung?
Hängt von der gebuchten Rate ab. Bei der Hausrate ist die Stornierungsfrist bis 18 Uhr am Anreisetag. Bei der Frühbucherrate ist eine kostenfreie Stornierung nicht mehr möglich. Bei allen Raten gilt jedoch, es fallen 90% des Zimmerpreises an, bei Stornierung nach der kostenfreien Stornierungsfrist.

Ist es möglich vor Check-In oder nach Check-Out sein Gepäck vor Ort aufzubewahren?
ja, hierfür gibt es einen speziellen Gepäckraum, zu welchem nur unsere Mitarbeiter Zugang haben.
Ist es möglich früher/später anzureisen? Was ist die früheste/späteste Uhrzeit?
Generell sind Frühanreise und Spätabreise möglich. Hierfür würde entweder ein Early-Check-In oder ein Late-Check-Out anfallen.
Early-Check-In ist ab 10:00 Uhr möglich. Hierfür wird pro Stunde früher ein Aufschlag von 10€ berechnet. Bei einem Check-In gegen 10 Uhr wäre das also ein Aufschlag von 50€. Sollte der Gast vor 10:00 Uhr ins Einchecken wollen, so fällt die Zimmerrate des Vortages an.
Late-Check-Out ist bis 17:00 Uhr möglich. Hierfür wird pro Stunde später ein Aufschlag von 10€ berechnet. Bei einem Check-Out gegen 17:00 Uhr wäre das ein Aufschlag von 50€. Sollte der Gast später als 17:00 Uhr Auschecken wollen, so fällt die Zimmerrate des Folgetages an.

Das Hotel besitzt eine hauseigene Tiefgarage. Der Tageshöchstsatz beträgt dabei € 26,00.

Ja Haustiere sind im Hotel erlaubt. Für das Mitbringen von Haustieren berechnen wir eine Tagespauschale in Höhe von € 15,00.
